Live moment by moment... I have come to understand that in order to be free, people should let go of the past, relish in the present and look towards the future. Focusing on the past holds you back from achieving your best in the present and darkens your future. Give love to the people you meet everyday. A little smile is all it takes to brighten someone's day and it costs absolutely nothing. Do not go about your day plotting evil for someone else. It will revert back to you. Use that energy to do something good for yourself.
